The Best Chia Seed Pudding Recipe for Womb Health
My husband and I call this recipe “the healthiest recipe in the world.” I created this chia seed pudding recipe with womb health in mind:
Chia seeds and walnuts provide tons of good omega-3 fatty acids for hormone balance
Goji berries deliver antioxidants for cellular repair
No added sweeteners
And it’s just three ingredients! While it may seem very simple, I took my time to figure out the right proportion of chia seeds to nut milk to get the perfect, fluffy consistency.
I hope this simple recipe brings you as much joy eating it as it does me:
Womb Happy Chia Seed Pudding
Ingredients
¼ cup chia seeds
12 oz walnut milk (can substitute for preferred plant milk)
A handful of goji berries (about ¼ cup)
A pinch of cinnamon (optional)
Directions
Combine chia seeds and walnut milk. Stir with a whisk.
Add in goji berries and cinnamon, and stir again.
Let mixture sit for 1–2 minutes. Then stir again to break up chia seed clumps.
Refrigerate at least 1 hour, although I prefer to make mine the night before.
